These terms describe the KWM WASTE website's photo estimates, pickup requests and optional text and email messages. Kassab Waste Management (KWM WASTE) serves the listed west Oakland County area, subject to confirming your address and the job.

Estimates and pickup requests

Tell us what needs removal and show the items clearly in your photo. An online dollar range is a planning estimate for the visible and described load. Heavy, restricted, unclear or larger jobs may need crew review instead of an instant number. KWM confirms the actual items, access, disposal needs and final price with you before loading. A date selected on this website is a pickup request; it is not a confirmed appointment until KWM contacts you and confirms it.

KWM quote text program

Text messages are optional. If you select the separate estimate/status text choice on the quote form, KWM may text your requested estimate copy, pickup-request receipt and later pickup status changes to the number you provide. These are related to the request you made; frequency varies with your actions and the status of your request. You can get an on-page estimate and request a pickup without agreeing to texts.

If you separately select promotional text follow-up, KWM may send up to two automated quote reminders for an unbooked eligible estimate, around 30 minutes and one day after the quote. A team member may send further quote-related follow-up through day 14 only while that choice remains active. The estimated range expires after seven days; any later contact asks whether you want a fresh estimate. We stop the sales sequence when you reply, request a pickup or opt out. We do not use this choice for unrelated campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. To stop KWM texts, reply STOP to the sending number. For help, reply HELP or call (248) 378-0861. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of receiving a quote or booking service. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email and support

If you enter an email address, KWM may email the estimate copy and updates about a pickup you request. Optional promotional quote follow-up emails have a separate choice and include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops promotional follow-up email to that address; requested quote and pickup updates can still be emailed. Reply to a KWM email or call (248) 378-0861 with questions. An email or text being accepted by a provider does not guarantee delivery or a confirmed date.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy notice explains what we collect, how photos and contact details are used, and how to request deletion. KWM may update these terms for future requests; the date at the top identifies the current version. If you have an active pickup request, contact us directly for its current status.
