Kassab Waste Management (KWM WASTE) uses the information you submit through this website to estimate and review your project, respond to your request, and arrange a pickup date.

What we collect

The project planner asks for your project category, service request, project type, ZIP code, preferred date, description, name and phone number. You may also provide a business name, email and street address. The photo estimate form collects a photo, description, ZIP code, estimated load size, material and access details. To keep your estimate or ask for a call, we ask for your name and an email address or phone number. We record which optional text and email choices you select, when you select them, and any later opt-out or reply reported to us. If you request a pickup date, we also collect the street address, chosen date and optional notes. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may save the source and campaign tags with your request.

How we use it

Authorized KWM team members use your details and photo to understand the job, check whether the work fits the available service and area, prepare an estimate, review pickup dates, and contact you about the request. If you request a copy, we may email it to the address you provide or text it when you separately agree to requested estimate and pickup-status texts. Optional quote follow-up texts and emails require their own separate choices. You can request a quote and pickup without agreeing to promotional follow-ups. An online estimate is a range, and the crew confirms the final price before work begins. A selected pickup date remains a request until KWM confirms it.

Where the information goes

Form requests and uploaded photos are saved in private storage on KWM’s website server. Only signed-in KWM team members can view the photos. The public site does not display submitted requests. Unbooked photo estimates expire after seven days and their photos are removed by routine server cleanup; photos linked to pickup requests remain for team review until the request is deleted. KWM’s hosting provider may process information as needed to run the site. When photo analysis is enabled, KWM sends the photo to OpenAI to identify likely load size and material concerns; KWM’s own rate table calculates the price. If analysis is unavailable, the estimate uses the load size you selected and the photo waits for crew review.

When customer messaging is configured, KWM uses an email provider to send estimate and pickup messages to the address you provide, and a text provider to send messages to your phone if you select that channel. The provider receives the destination, message text and delivery information, but not your uploaded photo. We use delivery and reply information to handle your request and stop unwanted follow-ups. When owner Telegram or text alerts are enabled, those providers receive a short job summary, your name and callback number for designated KWM team members. Owner alerts omit your street address, full project description and photo. We do not publish customer contact details, sell submitted quote requests, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Message choices

Text and email follow-up choices are optional and separate from receiving an estimate. If you choose estimate/status texts, message frequency varies with your quote and pickup actions. If you separately choose promotional quote texts, KWM may send up to two automated reminders, around 30 minutes and one day after an eligible unbooked quote; staff may follow up through day 14 while you remain opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a KWM text to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link; using it stops promotional follow-up email to that address, while requested quote or pickup emails can still be sent. Website technology

The public site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google to retrieve them. The forms do not require an advertising account or social sign-in. Team sign-in uses a session cookie for authorized KWM users.

Questions or deletion requests

Call or text (248) 378-0861 to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or ask KWM to delete a request. Include enough detail for us to identify the record without sending sensitive information in a public message. A deleted active request may still appear in earlier private backup copies or owner alert messages until those copies are handled separately.
